Well I collected my new toy today a 2014 A6 avant s line black edition. Originally there was no card for the satnav but the dealer purchased one but it’s 2014 so……

What can I do to get the latest maps?

The software version is: RMC_EU_P12321.

Looked around on the net but can’t seem to find a way.

Anyone with pointers?

I used these folks, extremely helpful in all respects .. Satnavishop.co.uk  worth a check of the website and maybe a phone call !

I’ve checked  that site out as well thanks.

Also I’ve noticed that I’m getting zero satellite connections so either the fins had its day or the cable itself?
