spindlewalsh26 Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 I got a A3 on a x reg plate, 3 door, and my window on the passenger side goes down but then comes up and stops! then just goes back down. what can it be! NEED HELP!
Steve Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Hi Welcome to the Audi Owners Club Sounds like the window gets trapped which will make the window wind down. Sounds like it has an obstruction when it winds itself up.

Glen Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 I had nothing to add to Steve's obstruction theory as that was my first thought too. They immediately wind down if there's an obstruction to stop people from winding windows up on police officers trying to have a chat (if you know what I mean). Anyway, Blackie has the correct solution. Glen.
