Celticchris95 Posted May 4 Posted May 4 (edited) Hey all I hope you can help. I have EBC OE replacement discs on my 2018 S5 but my retainment screw has come out of the drivers front. I need a replacement but don’t know the specifications of it to order a new one and everywhere is currently closed to be able to ring and ask what I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated Edited May 4 by Celticchris95 Add photo
Magnet Posted May 4 Posted May 4 Hello Chris, I take it you are aware that you can refit this and tighten the wheel to the correct torque until you are able to order a new countersunk retaining screw on Tuesday. Kind regards, Gareth. p.s. perhaps you could give us a more precise location within the United Kingdom. 1

Chris That is strange Chris, since the screw goes into the (Audi) hub, so the correctly ordered Audi screw should fit - irrespective of the brake disc supplier. Are the threads serviceable? Kind regards, Gareth.
jdragon Posted May 21 Posted May 21 Having replaced one before due to a damaged head, I grabbed some from the rack where I was working at the time. I think they are M6x12 You can buy them from eBay for a few ££ if no where local has them.
jdragon Posted May 22 Posted May 22 The disc was probably rotated covering the tapped hole in the hub plate 🤔😆 1
jdragon Posted May 23 Posted May 23 What's most likely is whoever changed the discs before has destroyed the thread in the hub plate when removing the screw in the original disc 🙄
