Took to independant garage who diagnosed tank replacement but couldnt say why or the pump. Dont really want to take to Audi and was wondering anyone else had this and any advice. Also dont know if anyone could recomend anyone in North Wales to look at it as independant garage said it needs to go back to audi as they re programme it. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂

Please use the search function as there's been a lot of members with this/similar faults. It could just be the sensor but worse case scenario it's the tank replacement.

Alternatively and naughtily there are companies out there which will do a remap which will map out the adblue system.

Hey thanks for reply and help Steve. The local garage said either tank sensor or pump but couldn’t be specific. They think it is only Audi who can do this??? Would it still pass mot with remap to get rid off add blue?

In theory it should still pass but you'd best speak to a remap company that specialise in it. I don't know any personally though

Ok thanks Steve 👍

You're welcome. I think the remap may cost around £500 but that's a hell of a lot cheaper than replacing sensors, tanks etc and you won't have to worry about the adblue system again

Very true , found a place in Bury called Rhino remaps that does it and really good reviews. Will give them a ring and see how it works. Appreciate you getting back to me 👍IMG_1377.thumb.png.c5ba62739650553c8c3f64bf1b292dcc.png
