A5- adblue 500 miles no restart.

Good morning all, 

I’ve been ongoing an issue with my 2016 Audi A5, I started off with the error code P208E. It has been to the garage to get squared away. They can back to me and said it was the adblue injector and cap, they fixed this issue but still appears with the adblue message. Can anyone help?
