peetee7
Hey guys i own a 2018 sq7. On cold starts maybe 2/3 out of 5 of them the engine runs very lumpy/ rough for the first 30 seconds or so. I've spoken to a number of owners, all of whom are having the same issue and they are all too struggling to find the root cause. I've checked the codes and there are no error codes I'd really appreciate responses from people who have managed to resolve this issue. Can someone please help ? Thanks.
scottiecb19
Apparently it is a known fault. I had it on mine - took it for a Stage 1 and they updated the software from "version 1 to version 2", and it appears to have solved my judder. Also proving you don't need Audi to resolve this issue.

I had a stage 1 on mine recently, and the garage said they always flash to the latest firmware. However I'm still getting the judder, so feel a little sceptical. I think this query would be best answered on the ODB 11 Forum and not a general Audi fan base forum. Not saying you wont get the right answer here, I just think the guys over there would be in a much better position to be able to answer that question than a simple occasional end user. For what its worth looking at the the image in this link https://imgbb.com/LCtLsH3, I think you can see what software is installed but i wouldnt swear on it.
