Audi A3 air con

I have an 2013 Audi 1.6tdi sport back and the air con not working been to Halfords for a free air con check and they say there is pressure there so it doesn’t need a refill any ideas what else it could be

I think I recall an issue with pressure switches. Worth a thread search across all models.
