Key Battery

Hi. Had a message on screen today, "Change Key Battery". Which seems quite quick as the car is only just over a year old. Anyway could not get access to the battery so a trip to Audi. They very nicely changed it for me FOC. Now warning message is still on the screen. They said it will reset but it hasn't so far. Any thoughts?

Have you tried sticking the key on the little sign on the dash so it recognises the key with a new battery.
