I have a new model Q5, my fourth Audi.  A lot of minor issues and now a major one.  When I get to about 40 mph I get a warning 'Four wheel drive fault, car can be driven'.  My garage has told me that the clutch is stuck in four wheel drive.  They will need to take it to a specialist workshop and the very expensive repair will take a week.

The car has done 10k miles and Audi don't want to know!

I believe that all Q5 car are made in Mexico, and it looks like they have adapted Mexican build quality.
