Q5 - 2019 needs a new engine

Just been told by Audi garage that my 2019 Q5 needs new engine due to excessive metal particles in oil causing damage - anyone else experienced this??

A new engine needed in a 5 year old car? That's extraordinary unless the car has been abused or maintenance has been skipped. There must be more to this matter than you have revealed, so please tell us more.
