Dziire Posted September 9 Share Posted September 9 Hello, new to the forums after just picking up my first car and therefore first Audi! When I was test driving my Facelift sportbacks 8P the dealer was asking if I could feel the heated seats, I was wearing multiple layers so didn't think anything of it. The fact he was asking reassures me he thought it was working, however I've had it for a few days and can confirm it is not. I'm unaware on how to test it, but when the dial is set to 6 which is max no light is present on the display, should this be the case? Dziire Posted September 9 Author Share Posted September 9 So I've checked the fuse which is #37 and it's still in-tact, I'm stumped is there anything else I can check at all myself. Hi its either the switch is faulty or or the wiring under the seat, remove the plugs one at a time and clean them with contact cleaner its highly unlikely that all the heater pads under the base cushions have failed therefore I would try the switch first, get a multimeter with a back probe and make sure you have power to the switch and then activate the switch to see if any power is going through it.
