Changed by the garage

take it straight back to them.their machine should turn it off.or the wiring could be corroded somewhere according to youtube

The light should reset automatically after the replacement parts, the faulty wiring could be the problem.

Thanks

Thanks Alan, but surely it’s not your responsibility to fix or diagnose.
Did the car go to the garage with the warning light illuminated?
Kind regards,

Gareth.

A new brake pad wear sensor cable should always be fitted

when replacing the pads, if not, it could cause a bad connection

where the end of the cable is connected to the brake pad, I have

come across this problem in the past, worth a check.
