Dan553399 Posted September 24 Posted September 24 Hello, A3, 2008, 2.0L TDI. Coil light keeps coming on and going into limp mode. Getting the fault code 09572 - Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit Signal too Low P2564 - Intermittent. Replaced the boost control sensor and had it calibrated however the fault continues. Sometimes it’s fine for a week, other times it’s continuously happening. Taken it to a couple of places and no one seems to know what to suggest, at a bit of a loss really, any ideas? Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance Hi if the car has high milage it could be the variable vanes on the exhaust side of the Turbo are becoming stuck with soot or its even possible the Turbo is failing. Steve. 1

Steve. Hi Steve, thanks for your reply really appreciate it. It has 138k and about 4 years ago I had a reconditioned turbo fitted. I will get my cousins other half to see if he can replace the variable vanes! Weirdly every now and again as I’m changing gear it lets out a bit puff of smoke, so maybe there is an issue with soot build up! Thanks again 🙂

Steve. Thanks for your reply Steve, I’ve had the car about 5ish years, I certainly haven’t had it changed, I’ll dig through the logbook tomorrow as there’s loads papers in there from the last owners, maybe that’s worth a try! Thanks again for your suggestions 🙂
