Chet Patel
Hi All, I have an Audi A7 2018, it is the last of the older shape models. I want to add auto folding mirrors and wondered how many pins are on the wiring harness as I have been told that some cars already have the correct module so all you would have to replace is the mirrors and code the car. Can anyone help please?
Magnet
Welcome Chet and thanks for joining. Some may say that harnesses are fitted which cater for additional equipment beyond that specified in the build record. In my book, not so, as manufacturers tailor harnesses to only cater for that build specification. Acid test is you will have to remove the mirrors to check. Perhaps you could let us know how you get on. Kind regards, Gareth.

Just stripped the passenger side door card and the module is identical to the one with auto folding mirrors.
