Cigarette lighter to usb charger

Hi want changer the cigarette lighter to a usb charger on the console
But want a fast charger as when I had my 2017 ford ranger the usb (factory fitted) charged my phone super fast
Has anyone done this or can offer any recommendations please

There are dozens of such adaptors on eBay and Amazon. The cheap ones are all junk so buy a decent brand such as Anker.
