Alexltw Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Hello a bit confused! My air bag light has come on .Have Scaned with a garage reader no code ??? Cheers in advance
Magnet Posted October 5 Posted October 5 Check under-seat connections - BUT DO NOT REMOVE THEM. ( apologies for caps). Just get some contact cleaner and give them a god spray and a wiggle. Perhaps you could let us know how you get on Alex. Kind regards, Gareth. 1
Steve Q Posted October 5 Posted October 5 To add to Gareths sound advice, it's often the passenger front seat airbag wiring that's the issue

It's what I witnessed when working at VW. Also it's the same on my wife's Jag. I think passenger seat gets moved more as different passengers. Whereas the driver side doesn't move as much. 1

Hi Steve you are correct but its more caused by the fact that the clowns in the passenger seat say can I push this seat back a bit then push as far and as fast as they can to the stops on the seat rail, then wonder why they have trouble getting out, its men mostly who have delusions about how long their legs are, when asked I say no as there is already plenty of room, its mostly sub 5ft 6in that like to indulge in seat destruction. Steve.
