When driving in a straight line, car pulls consistently to the right. On acceleration the car will pull to the right.

When driving over uneven surfaces the car will jerk the steering in either direction. Issue is more noticeable at low speed but still present at higher speeds.

Slight delay or notch (loose not tight) when turn from one direction to the other.

No play in tie rods and all bushings are tight after multiple checks

Even tyre thread. No bent alloys.

Lower rear control arm + ball joint replaced on left and right

Drop links replaced left + right

Steering tracked

Any ideas as to what the cause is - I am stumped.

Have you had a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up regarding the steering rack?

Hi Steve, this is my car the OP created the thread on my behalf. I have scanned the car multiple times using OBDII on 2 different scanners. There may have been one related to steering 12 months ago, prior to the current issuse, which I cleared and has not returned. I am considering buying VCDS just to see if it throws up anything. You suspect steering rack?

FRONT BRAKE CALIPER STICKING  BUD HAD SAME BOTHER  FREED IT OF JOBS A GOODIN

Kev does raise a good point. You'll know if it's a sticking caliper as the brakes will feel hotter on the side it's pulling when you stop and turn the car off

Thanks for the info folks. Took a look at the discs. No diff in temps that I can tell. Will take off the wheels and check the wear on the pads and also some bushings again as I'm not convinced. Will return with info if I find any.
