Adblue Kettering line into injector leaking

Hi, my A8 is leaking from the coupling on the feeder hose. I have tried to tape up to no avail. I have added a photo of the part that is leaking. The injector is fine. Any help?

Hi there is a company called Just German Parts online they may do a repair kit, alternatively look on eBay as I am pretty sure they may sell that type of connector as they are standard across the VAG range.
