Noise on startup when clutch is pressed in

Hello, wondering if anyone can help? On startup I'm having this trickling water like noise when clutch is pressed in, there is also a click when releasing the clutch. Noise disappears when warmed up. Clutch seems fine but the recent cold weather i have a bit of judder going in to first but goes away when warm.

Hi most likely flywheel related as these often go before the clutch, the judder is defo the friction plate wearing or contaminated, how old is the clutch?

It's on 80000 miles, bought the car last year and it's on the original clutch.
