Ianrumos Posted December 7 Posted December 7 Hey guys I'm new here.. Just wondering if anyone can advise.. I had a squeaking aux belt..I've changed the tensioner pulley but still has a squeak.. If I sprey with wd40 the squeak goes away for a few mins
cliffcoggin Posted December 7 Posted December 7 Clean the oil off the pulleys and fit a new belt. Belts rely on friction to transmit drive so it makes no sense to spray oil on it. 1
Magnet Posted December 7 Posted December 7 Welcome Ian, Bear in mind it maybe any other component driven by the auxiliary belt. Kind regards, Gareth.
