Ferg Sail Posted Tuesday at 07:34 PM Posted Tuesday at 07:34 PM Hey everyone, I have reccently sent a rod into the atmosphere so I am consdering doing a custom widebody for my car whilst I wait for my motor to arrive. I am curous if anyone has done this already and has some helpful tips that can get the process along. I am looking at doing the skirts and fenders at the moment with a potiential custom rear diffuser. Any help would be greatly appreciated. kind regards, Ferg
Steve Q Posted Tuesday at 08:40 PM Posted Tuesday at 08:40 PM Have you considered rs3 bits? Not sure if it's the same on the 8p but in the A6 C5 the rs6 is wider and longer for example so bits dont just fit. Just worth researching. You'd be best searching for A3 8p bodykits to see what pops up. Or search on the max power Facebook groups for modded A3s.

I am fairly certain the only differences between rs3 and s3 is the front bumper and maybe the rear bumper. I am looking to make my rear quarter fenders wider and front fenders. I will also get an rs3 front bumper at some stage.
Ferg Sail Posted yesterday at 01:26 AM Author Posted yesterday at 01:26 AM aswell as side skirts, rear diffuser/bumper. I can't seem to find much to my liking hence when I want to make a custom one
Steve Q Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago I'd recommend picking up a few performance VW magazines. As they will list who's carried out the work on the cars featured. Might be worth sourcing some bank issues from eBay. Wide front wings should be out there, I know I can get fibreglass wide ones for my A6 for example.
