Good video very helpful have followed instructions but the card still won't budge! Reluctant to apply more force in case I have overlooked something and cause damage to card etc

Anyone else able to help Geoff out with this? 
 

If not, my suggestion would be to nip the car around to a couple of accessible bodyshops and ask there. Well worth arming yourself with a box of biscuits if you get a result.

Can you get a torch in any gap to see if anything still attached?
