A4 cabriolet (B7) Where does the water go?

Im in the process of fixing the detached rear window but my question is, where has all the water gone that has got into the car over the last few months? Does it 'escape' somewhere or is it sat somewhere, sloshing about and doing nasty things

It'll be on the floor under the carpet. Check to see if your carpets a damp, if you're getting condensation on the inside. Check spare wheel well for water too.
