A4 2021 Sat Nav Stuck at Initiallising

Hi all,

Picked up a 71 reg A4 black edition yesterday, all good apart from the sat nav is stuck on the 'initiallising' screen.

Is this something which has to be paid for through a subscription with Audi or does it just need an update?

Assuming Motorpoint counts as a dealer, take it back for the company to sort out at no cost to you.
