Diesel Fuel Pump

Hi, first post on the forum. Could anyone please tell me what the pictured part is called and what make the fuel pump is. It appears to be leaking diesel from behind the black box. I am hoping I can just change the seal. If this is possible a link to the seal need would be great and where to purchase the tool for the 3 sided fitting. Thanks for any help in advance.

Do you have a clearer pic - or can you copy the part number (which appears to be embossed in the oblong recess) please? Once we can identify the part number, options should be easy to find.

Thank you from what I can make out the part number is  2 464 483 268. I have attached another image showing more of the pump and where the it looks the leak is coming from.
