Lidunian Posted Sunday at 04:10 PM Posted Sunday at 04:10 PM Hi. 1999 Audi A4 B5 1.8 petrol Avant. Had to remove the air bag to replace the indicator stalk. Now the air bag warning light stays on. I've double checked the wiring but everything was put back as it should be. Got an MoT next week and don't want to fail because of this. Is there anything I should be doing to get this light to go out? Please.
Steve Q Posted Sunday at 07:57 PM Posted Sunday at 07:57 PM Could there be an issue with the click spring on the steering wheel? Not sure if it would affect the airbag or not
Lidunian Posted Sunday at 08:53 PM Author Posted Sunday at 08:53 PM Thanks for the reply, Steve, but not sure what you mean by click spring.
Steve Q Posted Sunday at 09:20 PM Posted Sunday at 09:20 PM Sorry I meant clock spring. It's parts of the steering wheel
