Hi. 1999 Audi A4 B5 1.8 petrol Avant.

Had to remove the air bag to replace the indicator stalk. Now the air bag warning light stays on. I've double checked the wiring but everything was put back as it should be.

Got an MoT next week and don't want to fail because of this. Is there anything I should be doing to get this light to go out?

Please.

Could there be an issue with the click spring on the steering wheel? Not sure if it would affect the airbag or not

Thanks for the reply,  Steve, but not sure what you mean by click spring.
