Can I ask, is anyone else having issues with the Audi App not connecting to the car.

I really use the app for things like,

Warming car car before getting in.
Getting Notifications if one of the kids has not shut the door correctly or boot left open.

Now the app works at best half the time, says it can not connect to the car but when I get in the car and start the car it connects straight away.

Also getting a notification of any door etc being left open appears to not be a feature either, come on Audi this really is not the 1960's, Kia has been doing this for years, are you saying the Korean manufactures are better then you?

I called the dealer and they claim no one else has this issue with any other Audi model.

So I wonder, is this issue because we have the new designed Q6 or does others with other models of Audi have the same issue.

Starting to become a pain not having access to the car for those simple things.

Hey myaudi app not working for me either.  Stopped working yesterday and still not working as it fails to connect to the car. Rung the audi app helpline today they are aware of the problem and got told down to some kinda server outage or something. Asked ETA on when this will get fixed. Got chocolate teapot style answer in return basically no help at all. Let us know if yours is working yet?

Same problem for me. A real nuisance as the main My Audi site is down as well. I am getting this rather worrying message on the phone app

Yes same message, back up and running this morning so is the issue with the Audi services or the car?

Its nearly ever week there servers are done then, not a one off.

Do you have the number you called as more who call the more they may do something about this.

You can find the number in the app as well.

I also agree the more calls maybe they'll actually do something about it.

Must say the Audi phone support is as bad as their app.

Been on hold listening t the music and the woman saying thank you for holding for over an hour.

Must only be one person working.

Spoke to Audi Digital Support about the issues and they claim the app should be sending notifications of doors open and alarm triggers which it is not.

Went through and check everything, I am on the recent updated version.

Have had to send an image with screen shots so they can look into the issue.

Were unsure if it is the app at fault or the car.

I've just checked and my Audi app is working ok, so its not a global app issue.

App down again and has been for the last three days.

Audi are so bad with this app.

Been over a week now and no app, spoke to Audi and they have no clue.

It is like the app side is being offered with very little tech support.

My phone app is up and running again but no sign of the return of the PC version.

Just as an aside does anyone know why the odometer reading in the car should be 5 miles different to that shown in the app?

Mine not working still, was not aware of a pc version

Had a reply from Audi Digital with the issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently provide an estimated resolution timeline, while the Technical Department is investigating, as each issue is different therefore it takes a different amount of time to be resolved.
