Lumbar Support 2017 A3 sportback

I know there are many lumbar supports (drivers seat) on the market but I was hoping that someone has taken the plunge and found one that relieves this problem. Unfortunately it’s not something you can try before you buy. I’m sure it is a common problem. Being able to have a more suitable driving position and for all round comfort would be a blessing. I’ve tried different cushions around the house to no avail. Your input is most welcome.
