Passenger side air vent does not work

Hi all our A6 has an issue with the passenger side dashboard air vent doesn't blow any hot or cold air on my setting or speed. All other vents work fine

 

Any one any ideas

I believe there is a motorised flap for each vent so I guess that one is defective. Wait for others to confirm my opinion before doing anything.
