Engine light and safety belt light on, advice please

Im in South Wales and need to find a trusted auto electrician. Engine management light and airbag safet light came on the dash, have been told by audi independent specialist garage who did my service that its an electrical fault and need to take it to a specialist?. Can anyone please sugest where I can take my car to be seen that is reasonabley priced in South Wales?

I also need front disk and brake pads, do I go with original audi parts off eBay etc or Brembo etc, all advice welcome, if the original part is going to be a bit more expensive but last longer, then willing to pay a bit more?
