Hi I've had an Audi A6 3 litre diesel for 3 years with various problems

Now I have no hot air on the driver's side but if I turn the heat down to cold on the passenger side then I have heat on the driver's side can anyone please help

Have you had the heater matrix checked?

Is the car engine temperature staying consistently at 90 degrees?

Haven't had the heater matrix checked

Car temperature is fine had 2 diagnostics one said not sure the other one said matrix dash out and 1,000 but he couldn't guarantee it was the matrix

Audi want 165.00 for an hour but again can't guarantee it will be done in an hour may need further investigation

Does it maintain proper heat on the drivers side when you turn passenger side to cold?

If you want "genuine" Audi expertise without wasting your time please go to Audi and pay for it. On the other hand if you want free help from fellow Audi enthusiasts you are in the right place, but you might have to wait a while until somebody chooses to reply.

With his attitude that may be a very long wait.

Don't know if this helps mate we had no heating changed the heater matrix though no luck

turned out it was the coolant control valve sits under windscreen on passenger side under scruttle panel. Easy access and removal

Brand like febi cost 60/70 approx

Though we had no heat at all . So may not apply to your situation

Hope that helps

I’m closing this thread due to the OP’s disrespectful attitude.
