No heat in car cabin!

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me, my car went in the garage last week for having no heat inside the car, I have had a new water pump cam belt and thermostat and still the car has no heat idling, but a slight bit of driving, the car has been brought back and none the wiser. Can someone offer some help and advice before I go insane, it’s costing me a fortune.  It a3 cab 1.9tdi. Thank you x
