Advice for MOT Advisories on the A3

Hiya, Not sure if I am in the right place, My 61 plate A3 has just passed  an MOT and the has the following advisories. 

Can anyone advise on whether they are worth paying for it be repaired, or is it worth getting a newer Audi? 

Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):

• Nearside Front Suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement (5.3.4 (a) (i))
• Rear Sub-frame corroded but not seriously weakened heavily corroded (5.3.3 (b) (i))
• Nearside Rear Subframe mounting prescribed area is corroded but not considered excessive (5.3.6 (a) (i))
• Offside Rear Subframe mounting prescribed area is corroded but not considered excessive (5.3.6 (a) (i))
• Rear Lower Suspension arm corroded but not seriously weakened both nearside and offside lower suspension arms corroded and blistered inner at spring mounting areas (5.3.3 (b) (i))
