Strange issue with tpms, esp and adaptive cruise control.

Hi all, 

Got a strange issue where my tpms light and  esp light don't go off. Tpms initially blinking, then goes solid. Scanned the car but no faults showing. No abs fault. Checked wheel speed sensors with live data but all registering correctly and showing the same speed. Tyre monitoring greyed out and when I select it, it tells me to switch the ignition on which is on. Adaptive cruise control also not available. Checked every fuse and relay but not a single fuse blown or relay not working. 

Searched all over the Internet but cannot find this exact issue reported anywhere. Similar ones but they are combined with either steering angle, epb or abs faults which I don't have. 

Also had a problem with both daytime running lights where a warning would come up for both lights even though they are working. This in the end appeared to be a coding issue in the central electrics causing a low voltage to the lights which I have now corrected. 

Pulling my hair out with this one, especially as the diagnostics are not flagging up an issue. Obviously, the mmi cannot communicate with the tpms (which I believe is handled by the j519 module).
