Missing and high rev

I have an Audi A3 2015 Automatic 1.4. I bought it last month. When I take the car from parking couple of times the car just jumped from E1 to E2 suddenly, which was supposed to be a smooth hear change.

 

Also some times the car revs to 3000 rpm for some seconds without changing gear. 

 

Haven't used Audi or Automatic much before. Curious to know any thing wrong?

If bought within the last 30 days take it back to the dealer who should fix it free of charge. 

The 1.4 is know for fuel rail issues. 

Have you seen proof in the service history of gearbox oil changes? 

Have you had a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up?

Ok, I will do a diagnostic check. 

 

One more thing, when I pass a speed bump , can hear a jerking sound from right front side.  Can hear it only if driving slow across the bump
