Audi A4 space saver

I just bought my second A4 sport 35 Tfsi and I would like to ask if I buy a space saver will it fit or do I need a different type of fitting for the space saver

just wondering if it will fit the area above the battery

Wherever you can find room for it Mohamed. 
Bit pointless having a spare wheel and jack, but no wheel race to undo the wheel nuts!

The foam kit is taken out and the 19 inch saver fits with the locking cap though and only need a jack now and yes the space is the issue

Can we take it you now have a wheel brace then?
