Hi all,

I am currently helping a friend rebuild his 2014 A3 1.6 TDI following a light front end collision. We have nearly finished the rebuild, bar a few final things. I will post some photos shortly.

We need to replace the dipstick tube as the original one was damaged and the auxiliary water pump and it should be ready to drive.

Regarding the dipstick tube, would anyone know if it is a difficult job to replace or is it twist and pull to remove the old one and replace with the new one? It goes well into the bottom of the engine and I can't see where it needs to go. Any tips on replacing the dipstick tube would be great.

Thanks
