Audi a5 S Line. Loud screeching beep coming from inside.

This is on a 2018 Audi a5 S Line. The issue is randomly a high pitch screeching beep noise is coming from inside the vehicle. I am not sure as to what this is because there is no faults or any issues on the instrument cluster eg engine management lights or anything so it’s not a beep from them. From what I have found I think it may be electrical of some kind since it seems to happen randomly but usually after some button click for example hazard lights button, window going down/up, boot opening etc. I don’t think it happens when the engine is running though but I’m not 100% on that.

will attach a video of it because it is quite funny but annoying and really really loud nevertheless.
