Kcaj32 Posted yesterday at 06:50 PM Posted yesterday at 06:50 PM Got a vibration coming from the engine or gearbox when in drive or reverse, the shaking seems to ease when accelerating but gets worse when idle or setting off but if I put the gearbox in neutral or park the problem stops, I have had both wheel bearings done recently, front discs and pads to solve other issues and the problem is still there. the flywheel was changed about 10k miles ago so I doubt that is the issue the only other thing I have noticed is the passenger side engine mount is leaking slightly but seems to have dried up so I don’t know if it has any fluid left or if it’s another issue it’s a 2010 Audi a6 c6 with a cvt gearbox any help would be appreciated thanks
Magnet Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Welcome Jack, Further investigation of the mount would be my first port of call. Kind regards, Gareth.
