Saved addresses disappearing from MMI System.

Hi,

I have pre saved my home address and work address as shortcuts in the lower screens MMI System (see green circle in image). These shortcuts work fine for a few days... However a few days later when I click on one of these shortcut addresses, I get the message saying that I haven't created a shortcuts yet. (See red circle in image)... 

I have no idea how this keeps happening. I've repeated this process about 6 times in the last 3 months since getting the car. 

I've also tried doing a hard reset of the MMI System by holding the volume button down for 10 seconds whilst the car is turned on but still no success.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?
