Hi Guys

Iam looking at getting a 2006

Audi A3 2.0 TDi

From a garage the problem i have is the,the chap i spoke to said he dosent know if the cambelt has been changed as the car was being serviced with audi with 4 stamps

The car has done 92,000 on the clock ive phoned 3 dealers where the car had services and work done there was a gap in the service history and they cant see any cambelt being done so i dont know wht to do give it a miss or go for it the car has had only 1keeper

If you can't find evidence that its been done, I would get it done - the cost of the results of a broken cambelt versus the replacement of one is significant.
