katieb Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Hello all, I am a new member, and am about to purchase my 2nd Audi. I'm buying a 3.0L A4 Quattro Convertible, 2004 54 plate, which in general is in pretty good nick. However, the carpet on the drivers side has been badly worn, and has a hole in it, which is pretty unsightly! I know that I can just buy car mats and put one over the hole, but I will still know its there, so I was wondering if any of you guys know where I could get the carpet repaired? Would it be an expensive task, or should I just stick with a car mat? Any advice welcome :-) 1
AndyBM Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 depending on the size its possible to cover it up by shaving some strands from other areas of the carpet then glue them on using spray adhiesive (this is what aston martin do to their roof lining)
