Transferring CDs to Jukebox in MMI system

Hi,

I have a 2009 Q5 with a B&O MMI system. According to the manual I can import the contents of a CD to my Jukebox which I assume is a 10GB memory card. However, I'm unable to do this, I have followed the instructions (including keeping the engine running during transfer! (p13)) but the system simply plays the CD. There is no 'Select All files/folders" option for the CD source.

I can transfer from a memory card to the Jukebox without problems. Is there some form of copy protection on the CDs which prevents the import operation?
