Q7 thud when accelerating hard

Good afternoon, 

                           Hoping that someone may of had a similar problem,  when I accelerate hard it sounds like ESP is kicking in. Read a couple of threads on various sites and one that has come up a few times is that if the battery has been run flat the ESP needs to be re-configured. Any help would be greatly received.....Regards Gary...

Sounds like the it needs putting on a machine to have codes read.  When battery went flat on our Q7 it filled the system with error codes which all needed clearing..  But not sure if this actually resets anything though
