Adding Sat Nav and Telephone to MMI

Hi

I'm a new Audi owner, I've recently purchased a 58 plate Audi A6 S Line Le Mans Edition.

I have all the buttons for the sat nav and the in car telephone but the previous owner chose not to have them as optional extras when the car was new. So it just says the features are not installed when trying to select them.

I was wondering if anyone knows if this is something tha I can have added and how easy / difficult it is to do. Is it just a case of installing a disc?

Apologies if this is a stupid question! Any help / advice much appreciated!
