Hi people of the forum

I am looking to replace my steering wheel with an aftermarket 1, momo or something like that, but from what I have read so far on the net I get the impression that if I am to replace the steering wheel it will disable ALL of the airbags in the car, does anybody know if this is definately the case, or is there a way of just disabling the drivers airbag and leaving the rest of the system functional? Also, by changing the steering wheel and disabling the drivers airbag, am I going to be left with the airbag warning light on with no way of turning it off?

If anybody knows of a way of disabling just the drivers airbag in a way that doesn't leave me with an airbag light being stuck on I would muchly appreciate your input.

Thanks in advance
