Changing Tyre Size Possible?

Afternoon!

 

I have an Audi A1 2011 running on 215/40/R17 .. But I'm not a fan of the low profile tyres. 

 

Is it possible to swap these out for a larger profile tyre without messing up the computer / Speedo? if so, what would you recommend?

I dont think you can alter the profile without changing the wheels.

 

Why dont you take a look on eBay for 16 inch wheels.
