Advice on new car

Hi.

I'm going to look at a 2001 A4 1.9Tdi SE tomorrow with 130k on the clock.

I was wondering if anyone would mind giving me some tips on things to look for when taking it out for a test drive?

They're pretty good engines to be honest. Some might even go as far as saying bullet proof if well taken care of so check service history - cam belt and water pump are important so make sure these have been done on time and it will potentially need these items changed for a second time soon.

 

Check for rust too as these cars too.
