I have a new S8 on order with an October build slot, so for me the summer is really dragging........can't wait!!!

No it's not the Plus, I didn't actually know about the Plus when I ordered mine!

Luckily for me I'm not a fan of the contrasting stitching on the interior although an extra 80hp is always welcome, so I might have to look at a remap for mine!

Fair enough I think it's only literally just been announced to be fair. Not seen it mentioned anywhere if it's purely software or if there are any mechanical tweeks?

 

I have to say though an extra £17k for 80bhp is quite a lot too!

I haven't found much info on it to be fair. From what I have read I think it is just software I don't think they have changed anything on the engine for the power increase.

It comes with the sports exhaust and bigger 21" wheels etc, but you are right that an extra £17k is a bit steep!

Yep quite a jump...

 

Maybe if they had done a bit more to it and called it an RS8  :P
