Adama.20 Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 BEAUTIFUL ‘ONE-OF-A-KIND’ TT BLACK EDITION FULL SERVICE HISTORY AND ONLY 51,000 MILES ** YOU WILL NOT FIND ANOTHER WITH THIS MILEAGE, HISTORY AND SPEC ** 2002 (02) Audi TT 1.8T Quattro 225* Convertible Manual *270 BHP !!! In addition to the extremely low (documented) mileage, over the last couple of weeks I have spent a lot of money giving the car some performance and visual upgrades in order to give it a fresh new look and make it a 'one-off'. The car has been professionally remapped by KEE Automotive. Twenty-percent performance gained and the car is now running at around 270 BHP. Anyone who has remapped one of these will know that the standard dump valves will often fail afterwards as the spring will be worn and weak. I have fitted a brand new Bailey Dump Valve and fitting kit (fully adjustable so you can turn up or down the 'whooosh' as you please). All four wheels have been taken off, tyres removed, acid-dipped, powder-coated and sprayed black. Re-balanced and full four-wheel alignment carried out. Calipers cleaned, sanded, painted yellow all round with new pins fitted to fronts. Front strut brace removed, shot-blasted, powder-coated and sprayed yellow. New cross-drilled and vented MTech performance black discs and pads all round (enhances the braking of the car but also ensures they won't rust and look unsightly through the wheels) De-badged front grille (original supplied with car if required). These modifications have cost nearly £2,000 and have been professionally carried out to the highest standard (I work in the industry so have secured everything at trade; at retail money you'd be looking at £2,500-3,000 to have this all done). No expense spared. It now not only looks great but it handles fantastically, goes like a rocket and stops sharp.......... a genuine head-turner!! HAS TO BE THE BEST MK1 TT YOU'LL FIND! WITH THIS MILEAGE, THE HISTORY AND THE TOP-LEVEL MODIFICATIONS WHERE WILL YOU FIND ANOTHER ONE? MoT until 06th March 2017 Full Service History all stamped and documented: 16/11/2004 10,268 Miles (Audi) 22/06/2006 12,303 Miles (Independent) 05/07/2009 21,751 Miles (Independent) 09/05/2010 26,601 Miles (Independent) 22/09/2010 29,207 Miles (Independent) 01/03/2012 40,219 Miles (Independent) TIMING BELT 14/05/2014 46,942 Miles (Independent) 03/05/2015 49,477 Miles (Independent) 25/02/2016 50,092 Miles (Independent) TIMING BELT Supplied with a folder full of receipts including every MoT certificate the car has ever had. All kept in date order by the previous owner. REALLY LOVELY, DOCUMENTED HISTORY. It has been meticulously well cared for, the receipts amount to thousands of pounds and the service history and MoTs are proof of mileage. Whilst fitting the brakes it was noticed that the N/S/F CV gaiter had started to perish so this has also been replaced. V5 present Original driver pack with all manuals Metallic Black with Black Leather. HPi Clear. 2 keys. Original Audi mats. 7mm+ tread all around. Full set of matching tyres. Bose sound system. Drives faultlessly; starts, stops and goes exactly as it should. Gear change is tight and it pulls like a train. As you'd expect, there are no warning lights, noises, leaks or smoke. Roof works 100% as it should. Now the weather is better I'm using the car a few times per week so mileage will increase a little. Viewings, inspections and test drives are welcomed and encouraged. Does the car have any bad points? Not really. If I was being extremely fussy I’d highlight: It is circa 14-years-old and therefore didn’t come off the production line yesterday so does have the odd age-related blemish. Nothing that isn’t in-keeping (pictures tell their own story – it’s beautiful). A few of the pixels are out on the centre computer display (common issue), the second key isn’t working but suspect it’s a battery (cannot confirm), the buttons on the stereo are a little worn but you cannot see these when the ‘TT flap cover’ is closed. As I say, that would be being ‘ultra’ fussy. £6,495.00 ONO 07572 370 303
